4. Skater liability waiver

Roller Zone Skating Liability Waiver & Release

Roller skating is a recreational activity with inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other skaters or objects, and serious injury. By participating in a Roller Zone event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with roller skating.

In consideration for being allowed to skate at a Roller Zone event, the undersigned (or their parent/guardian if a minor) hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Roller Zone, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from injury or loss sustained while participating in or observing any Roller Zone activity.

The undersigned agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by Roller Zone staff, to skate in a safe and responsible manner, and understands that skating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Skaters are responsible for their own personal belongings.

This waiver applies to the skater named below and, if signed by a parent or legal guardian, to the minor named below. By signing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and signing on your own behalf, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor skater.
