Roller Zone's minimum rink configuration is 625 sq. ft. We do not offer a smaller setup.

We recommend up to 15 skaters at one time for the Basic package, up to 30 for the Standard package, and up to 60 for the Premium package.

You provide the space. We bring the rink. Roller Zone can transform appropriate indoor or outdoor spaces into a temporary skating experience. Potential locations may include gymnasiums, recreation centers, event venues, approved outdoor spaces, large indoor event spaces, and other appropriate flat surfaces. The minimum setup area is 625 square feet. Roller Zone does not offer a rink configuration smaller than 625 sq. ft. Not sure if your space will work? If weather conditions may impact an outdoor event, customers may request to transfer their booking to another available date beginning five days before the scheduled event. Rescheduled dates are subject to Roller Zone availability and applicable rescheduling terms. Safety is our priority. Roller Zone will not operate the skating rink if weather, standing water, surface conditions, or other environmental conditions make skating unsafe.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a confirmed event date. Deposit amounts are $425 for Basic, $700 for Standard, and $1,250 for Premium.

All payments made to Roller Zone are non-refundable. However, eligible payments may be transferred to another available event date, subject to Roller Zone availability and applicable rescheduling terms.

The remaining balance is due before your event. Roller Zone sends a balance payment link ahead of your scheduled date.

Yes, every skater must complete the required waiver. Skaters under 18 require parent or legal guardian authorization.

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own skates if they prefer not to use the rentals provided with the event.

Roller Zone brings a range of youth and adult skate sizes. Let us know your expected attendance so we can plan accordingly.

Preferred start times are 1:00 PM for a daytime experience or 6:00 PM for an evening experience, or you may request a different time. Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Roller Zone.

Yes, professional DJ entertainment can be added for +$350 per event. A DJ is already included in the Standard and Premium packages.

Yes, the 360 Photo Booth can be added for +$150/hour.

Roller Zone is a CMSD vendor and provides mobile skating and 360 Photo Booth experiences for eligible school events, celebrations, homecoming activities, dances, and special programs.

Travel is included for approved event locations within Roller Zone's standard 50-mile Cleveland service area. Packages start at the prices shown. Final pricing may vary based on the selected package, rink configuration, add-ons, custom event requirements, and locations outside the standard service area.

Your package duration represents your Roller Zone event/skating time. Setup and breakdown are completed separately by the Roller Zone team. Setup and breakdown time varies based on rink size and event configuration.
