• Payment information: payments are processed securely through Stripe. Roller Zone does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe handles all payment data under its own PCI-compliant systems.
• Waiver signatures: the name and signature of each skater (or their parent/guardian) who signs the Roller Zone liability waiver.
• Communications: messages you send us through our contact form, email, or social media.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and confirm your event booking and payment.
• Communicate with you about your event, including reminders and balance-due notices.
• Collect signed liability waivers from participants.

• Hosting and analytics — our website and database provider store your booking and waiver records securely.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We retain booking records, waiver signatures, and payment summaries for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or tax requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to these obligations.
