1. About Roller Zone

Roller Zone is a mobile entertainment company that brings a roller-skating experience directly to your location. Our services include rink setup, skate rentals, music, lighting, and entertainment options for events such as birthdays, school and college functions, corporate events, community events, festivals, and private celebrations.

2. Booking and Reservations

A booking is confirmed only after Roller Zone has reviewed your request and your deposit has been successfully processed. Until the deposit is paid, your requested date is not held.

• Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of your event total is required to hold your date. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due before your scheduled event date. You will receive a payment link by email to pay the balance securely online.
• Pricing: Package prices start at the amounts shown on our Packages page. Final pricing may vary based on event location, travel, rink configuration, selected add-ons, and event requirements.

3. Minimum Space and Setup Requirements

The minimum setup space for a Roller Zone event is 625 square feet. You are responsible for confirming that your venue can accommodate the required rink size and that the surface is suitable for skating. If Roller Zone determines on arrival that the space is unsuitable, we may adjust the setup or decline service, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Setup and Breakdown

Each package includes dedicated time for professional rink setup before your event and breakdown afterward. Setup and breakdown times vary by package and must be accounted for in your venue scheduling.

5. Weather and Rescheduling

If weather conditions may impact an outdoor event, you may request to transfer your booking to another available date beginning five days before the scheduled event. Rescheduled dates are subject to Roller Zone availability and applicable rescheduling terms. Safety is our priority. Roller Zone will not operate the skating rink if weather, standing water, surface conditions, or other environmental conditions make skating unsafe.

6. Liability Waiver

Roller skating carries inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and injury. Every participant (or their parent or legal guardian if under 18) must sign a Roller Zone liability waiver before skating. By signing the waiver, participants acknowledge the risks and release Roller Zone from claims arising from skating-related injuries.

7. Conduct and Safety

• Participants must follow all instructions from Roller Zone staff.
• Skating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• Roller Zone reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who behaves unsafely or disruptively.

8. Service Area

Roller Zone serves Cleveland, Ohio and the surrounding 50-mile area. Travel beyond this radius may be subject to a travel fee, which will be discussed during your consultation.

9. Cancellations by Roller Zone

If Roller Zone must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather, equipment failure, or emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, payments will be applied to a future available date.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Roller Zone and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

Roller Zone may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the date shown above.
