All payments made to Roller Zone are non-refundable. However, eligible payments may be transferred to another available event date, subject to Roller Zone availability and applicable rescheduling terms.
If changes to the event package, duration, location, travel requirements, services, or event details result in a higher price, the customer is responsible for the difference.
